How to find us

Our practice is opposite the well-known Catalpa tree, behind the War Memorial in the centre of St James Square, a short walk from the centre of Monmouth. There is ample free parking outside our practice and in nearby roads and there is also a large pay and display car park just a few minutes’ walk away.

Disabled access

We are one of the few practices in Monmouth to have our dental surgery, reception and toilet on the ground floor, making us ideal for those with mobility difficulties. We also have disabled parking at the back of the practice and the facility to provide (on request) a ramp at the entrance.

In an emergency

We allocate time every day for treating dental emergencies, whether you are an existing patient or visitor to the town. Please don’t suffer the pain of toothache. Call the practice on 01600 714 236 and we will do all we can to see you on the same day. If you require emergency care outside of our opening hours, please listen to the recorded message for details.

Feedback & complaints

We work hard to provide a great, private dental service to our patients and we hope you are always delighted with the dental care you receive from Monmouth Dental Practice. We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:

  • Speaking to us in person
  • Filling in a feedback form at reception
  • Emailing us at info@monmouthdentist.co.uk
  • Writing to us at Monmouth Dental Practice, 16 St James Square, Monmouth, Monmouthshire, NP25 3DN

We aim to resolve a complaint within 10 working days. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, The Dental Complaints organisation is the next step. Their website can be found at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk and here you will find an online form to fill in. Alternatively, they can be contacted by phone on 08456 120 540.
